The market size of SiC and GaN power components for 2018-2022 has been on the rise since 2020, TrendForce announced recently.TrendForce expects revenue for GaN communications and power devices to reach $680 million and $61 million in 2021, up 30.8% and 90.6% annually.In the SiC component segment, revenue in the power sector of SiC components is projected to reach $680 million in 2021, with an annual growth of 32%.
